
Gold Service
For employers that do not possess the time or resources to keep on top of the rapidly changing employment environment and who recognise the need to ensure that they are compliant with legislation and that their policies and procedures reflect good practice OPS provides the Gold Service.
The Gold Service is for employers that require a higher level of support than that offered by the Silver Service and provides direct support and assistance in the management of employment issues that take time, effort and knowledge to implement or resolve.
OPS's Gold Service provides:
- Access to up to date employment information.
- A suite of customised HR documents such as contracts of employment, policies and procedures and staff handbooks.
- Support and assistance in the management of employment issues such as poor performance, absence from work, disciplinary events and termination of employment. OPS's HR Consultants provide practical advice to managers drafting all necessary documentation and letters to manage a wide variety of employment issues.
- Support in the practical implementation of HR policies and procedures.
The Gold Service is delivered by experienced HR Consultants and priced according to employer size (staff complement) within an annual service arrangement.
The following activities have been undertaken for Gold Service clients and are typical of the activities OPS's HR Consultants are required to undertake:
- Undertaking HR audits to determine the extent of employers' compliance with its statutory employment obligations.
- Production of contract of employment templates for staff involved in a wide variety of work disciplines and working arrangements.
- Development of essential HR policies and procedures.
- Development of additional, customised HR policies such as capability procedures, equal opportunities, alcohol and drug abuse, whistle blowing etc.
- Development of staff handbooks.
