Paternity & Adoption pay rates to increase


For payment weeks starting on or after 5th April 2009, the weekly rate of Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP) and Statutory Adoption Pay (SAP) increases from £117.18 to £123.06 or at 90% of the employee's average weekly earnings where the employee is paid less than £123.06 per week.
