Fixed-term Employees - Regulation Change
New Regulations came into force on 27th October to amend the Fixed-term Employees (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2002. Agency workers on contracts of less than three months will no longer be excluded from statutory sick pay.
