
About Outsourced Personnel Services (OPS)
OPS Ltd was established in 1999 and is a provider of outsourced Human Resource (HR) and Personnel Management services to a diverse range of clients including:
- Small organisations with little or no experience of employment legislation or the management of employment issues.
- Expanding organisations with insufficient resources to manage the growing demands on their HR resources and seeking external support.
- Newly established companies requiring HR expertise to support their initial 'start-up' and subsequent development.
- Larger organisations outsourcing some or all of their HR services on the grounds of service improvement or cost reduction.
OPS focuses mainly on the needs of small and medium-sized employers (SMEs) and our services reflect our clients' diverse requirements ranging from the provision of advisory and consultancy services - supporting employers in the management of issues such as redundancies and disciplinary events, the production of HR policies, procedures and employment contracts to the provision of outsourced HR solutions within which we assume responsibility for some or all of the HR function. Our clients range in headcount size from 2 to over 200 employees.
OPS supports employers that either lack the expertise or resources in the field of employment legislation and HR management and our services are customised according to client requirements and delivered on a pay for usage basis or within inclusive annual service arrangements.
OPS is managed by professional HR Managers with backgrounds of working for large blue chip employers and experience of working in a diverse range of industries. Our collective history of experiences with large and small employers enables us to partner with clients in the provision of practical, efficient and cost effective HR and Personnel Management services.
